Quevos, the snack made from egg whites, recently entered my radar when someone from their company reached out and offered to send some my way. It’s keto friendly, gluten free, grain free, and you also get 8 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber per bag.
They come in a variety of flavors, including Sour Cream and Onion, Dill Pickle, Honey Mustard, and Quevos Rancheros. Each bag is about 140 calories.
So what did I think of the flavors and taste??? I would say the flavors were all spot on and comparable to other chips or crackers that offer the same flavors. At first, I thought Quevos Rancheros was my favorite, but I think it was overtaken by Honey Mustard.
They look like little crackers and have the crunch of a cracker. I don’t know how to describe the texture except to say it has a “little more grainy,” mouth feel, even though it has no grains in it. It wouldn’t deter me from eating it, but everyone is different when it comes to textures.
They’re conveniently packaged for on the go snacking, but you could definitely enjoy it at home with some dip or add it to a charcuterie board.
Quevos is available at a few retailers which you can check out on their website, and you can also order them online. They are offering a special 10% discount for my readers with code STYLEPRESERVATION at checkout.
Overall, I think Quevos is a great alternative if you’re on a keto diet, watching your macros, or just want a healtheir snack. They taste delicious and can be delivered right to your door.
If you’ve tried Quevos, let me know what you thought of the high protein snack made from egg whites in the comments! Happy snacking!
