Pineapple Spinach Protein Smoothie

A delicious green smoothie that will fill you up and packs some protein.

  • 1/2 cup of frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of frozen spinach
  • 1/2 of a frozen banana
  • 1 cup of Milkadamia (or the milk of your choice)
  • 1 scoop of Creamy Vanilla Orgain Plant Protein Powder (or the vanilla protein powder of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)


Blend all ingredients in a high power blender for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until well blended.
