Papaya Bowl

A sweet tropical fruit bowl that will fill you up and leave you satisfied!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 a large papaya with seeds scooped out
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp nut milk or oat milk
  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • granola
  • honey

Instructions

  1. Cut your papaya in half and scoop out the seeds.
  2. Put 1 frozen banana into your blender with 2 Tbsp of nut milk or oat milk. Blend until it’s the consistency of ice cream. Depending on the power of your blender, you may need to stop, give it a shake and/or add another Tbsp of milk during blending.
  3. Scoop the banana nice cream into your papaya half.
  4. Top it with berries, granola, and honey.
  5. Enjoy this delicious treat!
