Poke Lettuce Wraps

Delicious and fresh Poke Lettuce Wraps to enjoy with family or friends!

Ingredients

  • Your choice of poke
  • Red lettuce
  • Cooked somen noodles
  • Fresh sliced jalapeno
  • Green onion

Instructions

  1. Cook your somen noodles and let them chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or more.
  2. Wash your lettuce, separate leaves, and dry.
  3. Place a small amount of somen on a lettuce leaf, put a spoonful of poke on the somen, top with green onion and 1 or 2 slices of jalapeno.
  4. Wrap and enjoy!
