Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/4 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Milkadamia (can also use oat milk or nut milk of your choice)
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend well and pour into your favorite cup.
  3. Enjoy!
