Where does the protein come from?
For this particular smoothie, I added some Greek Yogurt, which is a great source of protein. If you’re avoiding dairy, you could try subbing in a non-dairy variety of yogurt (e.g., a cashew yogurt or coconut milk yogurt) to make it vegan.Print

- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/4 cup frozen peaches
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Milkadamia (can also use oat milk or nut milk of your choice)

- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend well and pour into your favorite cup.
