Pesto Egg Toast

Delicious and easy to make, this will take your toast to the next level!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Tbsp basil pesto
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice of sourdough bread
  • roasted red peppers

Instructions

  1. Put basil pesto in a small pan on medium heat. Spread the pesto around a little bit in the pan.
  2. Crack your eggs on the pesto and cook them sunny side up.
  3. Toast your slice of sourdough bread.
  4. When the bread is done toasting and eggs are cooked, place eggs on the bread.
  5. Top with roasted red peppers.
