I was craving the Brookie from Trader Joe’s so badly that I took matters into my own hands over the weekend and Googled a Brookie recipe. (This is what happens when you live in Hawai’i and an ocean separates you and the nearest TJ’s.) 💁🏻‍♀️

I’ve been moving house, and had to take a break from writing on the blog, but I’m back! 💁🏻‍♀️Felt good to put together my latest post, “11 Plants with Animal Names.”🪴

Visited Yagura for dinner tonight. It was an ahi nitsuke and shrimp tempura kind of night. 💁🏻‍♀️I worried about this restaurant and many small, old school establishments during the pandemic. I am so glad it’s open and busier than ever. Truly one of the great businesses in Liliha.

Happy Aloha Friday friends!🤙🏻The best way to kick off the weekend is with ‘ono food from Foodland Kahala MKT. 💁🏻‍♀️

Seriously loving all the non-meat options at the Aina Haina @latourcafe 💁🏻‍♀️🍽

Ahhh…today was a Miso Butterfish Bento kinda day! 🍱😋💁🏻‍♀️
