Before my last visit to Costco, my mom and I were talking about how we buy the same things everytime we go there. Maybe it was the conversation or maybe I was feeling adventurous, but it didn’t take too much convincing to add this Birthday Cake flavored granola to my cart.
The label advertises it as free from a bunch of stuff, including gluten and nuts. One serving is 1/3 cup, which is the perfect amount for topping yogurt in the morning.
I’ve tried it on yogurt, with milk, and in a bowl all by itself. All options were yummy! Not too sweet, but a definite birthday cake flavor. Probably the worst thing about it is that I could easily get carried away with eating too much of it, so I’ll have to measure it to make sure I don’t eat too much in one sitting.
It was so good that I looked up the company online. They’ve got all kinds of products that I’d be interested in trying, but when I tried to check out, the website said they don’t ship to my address in Hawaii. Hopefully they can change that one day, because I’d love to try their other granola flavors and pocorn. Ahhhh….so sad!! Hopefully Costco continues to stock it here in Hawaii.
Let me know if you’ve tried this birthday cake goodness or any of their other products. I’m wondering if they’re all as good as this granola!
