All it takes are some frozen fruits, nut milk, and chia seeds. In just a few minutes, you can have a beautiful smoothie with that gorgeous natural, dark pink color of dragon fruit. Keep reading for the recipe, nutrition information, and more!
Vegan Friendly
Using fruit, a plant-based nut milk, and chia seeds, you can be sure that this is a vegan friendly smoothie. Feel free to substitute the Milkadamia macadamia milk that I used with your favorite oat, almond, or other plant based milk to keep it vegan friendly.

Smoothie Prep
This is also an easy recipe that you could prep ahead of time for quick morning smoothie making. Just measure your frozen fruits and put them in a Ziplock bag in your freezer. In the morning, dump it into your blender, add milk and chia seeds, and blend. It doesn’t get easier or faster that this! You could also do this type of prep with the Pineapple Spinach Protein Smoothie.

Pineapple Dragon Fruit Smoothie
Make this delicious tropical smoothie that’s equal parts beautiful and delicious!

Ingredients
- 1/2 C frozen pineapple
- 1/2 C frozen dragon fruit
- 1/2 frozen medium banana
- 1/2 C Milkadamia Milk (or nut milk/soy milk of your choice)
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
- 1/4 C granola for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for the granola in a high power blender.
- Pour into your favorite glass and top with granola.
- Enjoy!

- Nutrition Information does not include chia seeds and granola.
- Use a high power blender like a Ninja for quick and easy blending.
