I love a good acai bowl! It makes for a delicious breakfast or mid-day snack, and it’s so easy to make. Read on to find out how I use the Sambazon Acai Berry + Guarana packets from Costco to make a quick acai bowl.
I purchase the frozen Sambazon packs from my local Costco to make my acai bowls. Each pack is 100 calories, has 3.5g of fat, 15g of carbs, 1g of protein, and 13g of sugar.
Easy Acai Bowl
An easy and delicious acai bowl.
– 1 frozen Sambazon acai and guarana pack
– 1/4 cup nut milk; I used Milkadamia mac nut milk.
– 1/2 frozen banana
– 4 frozen strawberries
1. Blend all ingredients.
2. Top with your favorite granola, fruits, and/or nuts. I used bananas, frozen berries, and Anahola Granola.
