At the end of a long day, the last thing you want to do is spend a ton of time in the kitchen. You need something fast and healthy, so you have time for quality rest and relaxation. Here’s some inspiration for a delicious quick dinner: Air Fryer Salmon and Kimchee Caesar Salad.

The Inspiration
6 months ago, I invested in an air fryer and have come to love it for the quick cooking and perfect preparation of everything from brussel sprouts to egg rolls. When thinking of a quick and easy meal, my mind immediately went to the air fryer and one of my favorite fish to prepare in it; salmon! I can literally have a perfectly cooked, moist fillet of salmon in 7 minutes.
The Kimchee Caesar Salad came about when I was browsing the housemade sauces, broths, and dressings at Foodland Kahala MKT. The Kimchee Caesar dressing sounded like it would add a spicy kick, and it really did! Balanced with the croutons, it was the perfect mix of refreshing, fresh lettuce, a creamy but spicy dressing, with the added crunch and saltiness of the croutons.
